
Sage Justice
Sage Justice, a citizen of the world, is an award-winning playwright, poet, and critically acclaimed performing artist who has appeared on stages from Madison Square Garden in New York City, to The Comedy Store in Hollywood, California. Ms. Justice is the author of FREEDOM , a humanitarian activist, a member of the Screen Actors Guild, and an alumna Artist-In-Residence of Château d'Orquevaux in France.
As a sketch comedy writer and improv performer she has a background in irreverent comedy that challenges the status quo. She’s had two solo shows: Simply Complicated Life (Los Angeles) and To Breed or Not To Breed (NYC) and is currently working on a third.
As a writer, Sage Justice is invested in solution-based journalism. She part of the Washington Post talent pool, and her pieces on plagiarism and AI have been quoted in the Guardian, BestLife Magazine, as well as on various social media outlets and by content creators who have cited her work as a springboard for their own commentary. Her writing has been featured in The Mighty, BLUNTmoms, Kveller, BettyConfidential, LifeLearning Magazine and other publicationsincluding poetry anthologies. Sage infuses empathy and wisdom into universal challenges through her monthly column Sage Words at: SageJustice.Substack.com and occasional podcasts available on Apple and Spotify.
As a singer, her lead vocals have appeared on over 50 recordings and she had the enjoyable opportunity to sing back-up vocals for the great Diana Ross for the XXX Super Bowl half-time show. As an actor, she played the small role of the mayor’s daughter in David E. Kelly’s Emmy award winning Picket Fences. However, the work she is most proud of is humanitarian in nature.
Sage Justice is intensely sincere. She has a fierce sense of urgency and passion for enlightened evolution, equality, and human rights advocacy through education and artistic expression. Balancing wisdom and humor, she most often writes about the enduring virtues that connect us all: love, and healing. In 2025, Sage is interviewing a series of everyday humanitarians on the power of one for Sage Words podcast. She has a forthcoming book of poetry and a memoir for which she is seeking a literary agent who will protect her words as if she were her very own organ donor; and a publishing company who will distribute her books near the cash registers of grocery chains and book stores everywhere.
Sage is a what is known as a medical zebra and manages a rare genetic disorder: Vascular Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome, and it’s gang of comorbidity hoodlums. She advocates for better patient care in the chronic pain and illness communities while honoring the good doctors and nurses who have been her advocates.
Sage Justice is part of the artist collective, SoulJourners with her filmmaker daughter, Gracie Justice and her music composer husband, Geoff Grace; co-founders of The Unity Project which fuses activism with art, to educate and inspire, with a special emphasis on community engagement to end homelessness. They are in the process of becoming global nomads, who are currently based in America near the coastline of Southern California.
